WALLACE, Circuit Judge: Robinson appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment against him on his employment discrimination claims. He contends (1) that he need not prove that defendants had knowledge of his race to sustain a claim of racial discrimination under 42 U.S.C. Â§ 1981 or Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 2000e to 2000e-17, (2) that a genuine issue exists whether the defendants were aware of his race, and (3) that he established a prima facie case of disparate impact. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1291, and we affirm.
